Shipping Information
When an order is placed, the order will leave the facility within 24-48 hours (weekends don’t count) depending on if the item is in stock.
If the item is out of stock, we will contact you via phone or email.
International Orders
- We do not take any responsibility to pay any fees/charges from any international customs.
- Once the package leaves the USA, we do not have control over the shipment.
- The customs fees/charges will be the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs for fees prior to placing your order.
- We will not refund any order that is returned due to the customer declining to pay customs fees/charges for the package.

Returns / Cancellations
If you would like to cancel, get a refund or get a replacement on your order, you must return the product(s) within 30 days of purchase. A full refund will only apply if the product returned within 30 business days and it has NOT BEEN USED.
